With the development of urbanization in our country, environmental problem has become an important topic which we pay close attention to. As the commonly used building material, concrete involved almost all aspects of our everyday life, so how to reduce the environmental impact which has aroused by concrete has become one of the important subjects in green building materials. As a new type of green concrete building materials, green concrete has aroused people’s attention gradually. The reason is that the green concrete includes many advantages, which can reduce the dosage of cement, develop the mechanical properties and durability of the concrete, save the energy, and get on well with the environment.In order to increase the rationality and scientific which is contribute to recognizing green concrete and guiding the preparation and usage of it, it is extremely important to establish the green concrete evaluation system which conforms to China’s basic national conditions. On the basis of green building materials evaluation principles, the article has main completed the following several aspects.(1) By reading a lot of literature and data, learned about the current level of development of green concrete in the domestic and foreign, explained and illustrated the necessity to establish the green concrete evaluation system in China.(2) Systematic analysis of the characteristics of green concrete, identified its difference between traditional concrete, and mastered principles and methods of the green concrete evaluation system, provided a basis for the construction of index system.(3) Through the analysis of the characteristics and the particularity of green concrete, selected and explained all levels of indicators which has met the requirements, and established the evaluation index system, illustrated the subordinate relations of all levels of indicators, worked out the corresponding evaluation standards and requirements.(4) On basis of the index system, established the evaluation model, the model chose the gray clustering to be the body of the method, and combined the gray relation and principal component analysis to increase the objectivity of the weights of each levels. In order to meet the evaluation model of general use, the model treat the secondary indicators and their original data as the basis of the evaluation, and give scores of all secondary indicators. At the same time, in order to meet the objectivity of the evaluation process, the weights of the process were from the original data, through the characteristics of the gray relation and principal component analysis, the accuracy and the objectivity of the weights have been increased extremely.(5) In order to test the feasibility of the index system and the model, the article selected a green concrete as evaluation objects, and made it go along with the clue of the index system and model.(6) Concluding the scope and the content of the evaluation system, then, illustrating the innovation of the article, meanwhile, pointing out the deficiency of the article, which can be the basis for the future research.
