Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Green Construction For Engineering Projects

With the continuous innovation of science and technology,the process of accelerating the industrialization of resources and energy consumption and environmental burden increased.To this end,the concept of sustainable development was accepted by everyone.Construction industry,as a high consumption of heavy polluting industries,actively seeks to break through the traditional mode of operation of the shackles,and looks forward to a stable and healthy development model change.So the concept of "green construction" was raised and enriched with the development of the times.Many foreign government agencies have promulgated the local green construction evaluation system,hoping to project energy conservation and environmental protection supervision.The development of green construction has become an inevitable choice for the construction industry,and green construction evaluation system is more and more critical.This thesis first elaborates on the status of green construction at home and abroad,and then points out the main features and principles.Through the analysis of the green construction content,the green construction content can be divided into six main aspects: water resources conservation,material conservation,energy conservation,land conservation,construction management,environmental protection,and so on.Then,each indicator is refined;then,the index sub-item of the green construction evaluation index system is constructed,and the weight value of the evaluation model is determined by using the combined weighting method according to the criterion of each index.The gray clustering model is established,and all the indexes in the whole system are scored.The final score of the final green construction is obtained,and the level of the result is judged according to the maximum membership degree of the value.Finally,the thesis carries on the simulation test to the actual project,gives the green construction evaluation result,and validates the practicability and science of this thesis’ construction evaluation system.
