Nowadays China is in a period of rapid development of city construction.The macro goal promotion and development of green building based on the status quo and the day before facing the energy distribution is not balanced background and It can be the theoretical basis for the implementation of green building.With the green building rating system and evaluation tool in recent years of the rapid popularization developed countries,which is combined with the current development of Chinese green building evaluation and reference of relevant architectural standards,the research is suitable for our country building green evaluation index and weight system,which aims to promote the "green" concept of city constructors,guide the construction of the green and sustainable development,make a theoretical foundation for the implementation of green building.Comprehensive considering the relevant content of green building evaluation and combined with the achievements of scholars at home and abroad and Taking into account“the green building evaluation standard”(GB/T 50378-2014),the evaluation index system of green building was perfected in the range of Hubei Province.On the basis of several expert scoring matrix,by means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the subjective weights are calculated and evaluated in the Yaahp software.Then,the objective weight of the green building evaluation index is determined by the entropy method.Finally,combined with the subjective weight and objective weight,the comprehensive weight is obtained by the method of comprehensive weight.In accordance with the scoring ideas and establishment standard of green building evaluation index,the score matrix of green building evaluation index is constructed and the whitening weight function is obtained by using the method of poly grey analysis.The grey evaluation weight matrix and grey evaluation vector are calculated according to the whitening weight function and the evaluation grade of green building is reflected by the value of comprehensive evaluation at last.In this paper,two methods of fuzzy grey clustering analysis and comprehensive weight are used to construct the coupling system model.Finally,according to a construction example,the scientificity and practicability of the model is verified by a case study in Hubei Province.The significance of this study is as follows three aspects:firstly,The weight calculation model is established in this study,which uses the synthetic weight analysis method,combines the advantages of subjective weight and objective weight method,and avoids weaknesses.And it can provide a solution to weight calculation and decision problem.Secondly,according to the scoring matrix of experts,the evaluation value of green building evaluation is obtained by using the analysis method of grey aggregate,of which method is simple,easy to calculate,and can provide a feasible solution for the research of green building evaluation method.Finally,the evaluation model established in this study can provide theoretical ideas and methods for the evaluation of green building in Hubei area.
