With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the important challenges facing urban construction are increasingly concentrated in the environment and resources.In order to achieve the goal of sustainable urban development,green buildings have become a new trend in the current construction industry.However,due to the incomplete evaluation standards and indicators of green buildings,there are still some difficulties in the application and promotion of green buildings in practice.This paper proposes that incorporating smart building evaluation indicators into the green building evaluation system can comprehensively evaluate the sustainability and wisdom of green buildings,and further improve the green building standards and evaluation index system to reflect the operation effect of green buildings,so as to verify the actual operation level of green buildings,and apply them to actual green building projects,which will help accelerate the application and promotion of green buildings and achieve sustainable development of urban construction.The research content of this paper is as follows:(1)It analyzes the development status of China’s construction industry,the necessity of developing green buildings,the connotation and characteristics of green buildings,expounds the relevant standards of green building evaluation systems at home and abroad,and analyzes the research status of green buildings at home and abroad.(2)When selecting evaluation indicators,refer to domestic and foreign green building standards and norms,mainly based on the "Green Building Evaluation Standards"(GB/T50378-2019)recently promulgated by the Chinese government and the group standard "Smart Building Evaluation Standards" issued by the China Building Energy Conservation Association in 2021,and adjust the evaluation indicators in time according to the operation of the building,and establish 8 first-level indicators(safety and disaster prevention,health and comfort,service convenience,resource conservation,environmental livability,intelligent design and intelligent construction,information infrastructure,data resources)and a green building evaluation system composed of 31 secondary indicators;The comprehensive weight was determined by combinatorial empowerment method,gray cluster evaluation was selected as the evaluation method,and a gray clustering green building evaluation model based on the whitening weight function of mixed central point was established.(3)In the empirical research stage,project S was selected as the empirical research object,and evaluated according to the above evaluation model,and it was calculated that the building met the "two-star" standard,which was in line with the actual situation,and the rationality and feasibility of the system were verified.The results show that,first of all,we should pay attention to information infrastructure,make full use of the Internet of Things,5G,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies,and create an economical,safe,reliable,efficient and convenient,green and ecological living environment through automatic perception,ubiquitous connection,timely transmission and information integration.Secondly,we should pay attention to resource conservation,green building combined with intelligent elements is the inevitable trend of future development,in its development path to use scientific management and advanced green clean environmental protection technology,so as to improve energy utilization,reduce building energy consumption while improving people’s quality of life.Finally,in terms of safety and disaster prevention,we must pay attention to the safety and durability of buildings to avoid the situation of "brittle buildings".Figure [17] table [13] reference [80]...
