| Along with the expansion of the city scale and the acceleration of the urbanization in our country, the demands of city public traffic has continued to grow. The city’s comprehensive transportation system build with trams and other modes of transportation dedicated to solve the city traffic problem. The tram as part of city comprehensive transportation system is gradually becoming the mainstream of the world between the general public traffic system and the subway system because of the energy-saving environmental protection, comfortable, novel design and convenient advantages; it is also one of the important ways to solve the traffic congestion in midsized cities. It is needed to configure the signaling system for trams running in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the tram. The tram signal system plays a central role in the safe operation of the tram line. The trackside switch control system on the mainline surface is an essential part of the signaling system of the tram to achieve effective control of equipment on mainline switch section ground. It is necessary to have a research on the trackside switch control system on the mainline surface, because it was used to guarantee the tram through the switch section safety and efficiency and also control the equipment on mainline switch section ground reasonable and effective.The host is the core of the trackside controller in tram signal system, and it is also a "bridge" connecting various parts, assume the function of information processing and forwarding information. In this paper, the research and design of the host of the trackside controller in tram signal system referenced the interlocking technology and power electronics technology.In this paper the research background and significance was introduced firstly, a set trackside controller in tram signal system was designed based on the research of the development status at home and abroad of tram signal system, and its structure and function was also introduced, at the same time, the function, performance and communication interface of the host of the trackside controller and its characteristic was analyzed.Secondly, the hardware and software of the host was designed as a key point. As far as the hardware, the overall structure of the host was introduced detailed, besides, the design and working principle of the peripheral circuit, sampling interface and communication interface circuit of microcontroller was analyzed including the selection of microcontroller. In terms of software, the specific design method of interlock logic software, other auxiliary software and communication protocol was included. The design of interlock logic software is the core design and the main function of the host module software, including the axle counter reset, switch control, signal control, route arrangement and processing and route release interlock and so on.The main function of auxiliary software is to provide support for the host, including the main program module, micro controller initialization module, CAN communication module and the synchronization information processing module. At the end of the paper, the security of CAN communication is analyzed.Finally, the system function of host is debugged. Then the host and switch drive module, signal drive mining module and dispatching operation management system are debugged on- line. The debugging includes communication and interlock logic function and the results show that the host can realize interlocking functions required. |
