The new rural community construction is the inevitable trend of China’s new rural construction in the present and the future, and is also the direction of the new type of urbanization. At present, in the central and east some rural areas have been carried out the new rural community construction, but still in exploring and infancy. Who should construct the new rural community, how to build and what problems should be paid attention to in the process of construction and so on all caused the builders and the domestic scholar’s attention and abroad discussion. Relative to these regions, the new rural community construction in Hui rural areas in Gansu province is a new thing. It has important realistic significance for mastering Gansu Hui villagers’ production And living habits and exploring the patterns and methods of new rural community construction of Hui nationality in rural areas in Gansu province to improve the villagers’ production and living level, narrow the gap between urban and rural and safeguard national unity and stability.In order to understand and grasp the life circle situation and characteristic of hui nationality in Gansu rural area, and also objective knowledge the status quo and demand characteristic of rural public service facilities of hui nationality, this paper guided by the theory of new rural community; based on the perspective of life circle; take the combination of theory and practice, investigation interview and chat analysis method; provide theoretical and practical basis for enriching theory and practice of building new rural community construction through discussing deeply of Hui new rural community build path and mode in Gansu.Thesis is divided into sever parts, the first part is including the introduction of this subject, the research background, purpose, significance, content, framework, methods,difficulties and the key problems will be solved. The second part is the literature review part, on the basis of related theory expounded, it’s analyzed and summed up the research progress of new rural community at home and abroad, and the research progress of life circle theory. The third part is the research about regional urban and rural construction present situation analysis, it’s mainly the introduction to the general situation of Hui nationality areas in Gansu province and the urban and rural construction situation in Linxia Hui autonomous prefecture of Gansu province. The fourth part is the analysis of rural life circle situation and characteristic of Hui nationality in Gansu province. Through an investigation of new rural construction progress and life circle about two typical Hui villages we picked, this part analyzed and summed up the sustainable development dilemma of new rural construction and basic features of life circle about Hui nationality in Gansu province. The fifth part is the requirement analysis of rural public service facilities in Gansu province of Hui nationality based on the theory of life circle. The sixth is the key point of the full text. It’s mainly discussed the build path and mode of new rural community construction of Hui nationality in Gansu province; put forward the ‘one core, Multi-Center’ mode of new rural community construction; analyzed and summed up the construction main point of new rural community; and once again put the Sangu and Mazang village as an example in planning practice.
