The Research Of DC-32Type Tamping Machine Adding Two Dimensional Laser Automatic Lining System

With the acceleration of our existing and new line speed, the security and cosiness of trainset forth stricter requirements for Line smoothness. Two dimensional laser measurement systemusing the principle of laser collimation technology has very important significance to improveline operation quality of the large maintenance machinery. It can eliminate the irregularity of linelong distance. Our early DC-32equipment is a one-dimensional laser collimation system and cannot automatic lift track using laser. The research contents of this thesis are how to equip twodimensional laser automatic dial system on DC-32type tamping machine.Its practicalapplication has a strong practical significance.In this paper, based on the full analysis and researchment of front measuring and controlsystem for tamping machine，the improvement scheme is designed. The relevant circuit board isdeveloped and passed the testing. The testing results show that after installation, the designscheme is feasible and can achieve the aim of DC-32type tamping machine’s automaticoperation. It can improve the quality of the line after the operation. This paper’s creativeachievements reflected in:①The design and development of the electrical system is designed.②The experiment was carried out after field modification.③The control board adopts filtersmoothing recursion. It further improves the stability of the laser system and improves theoperation accuracy.④The blocking maintain, data filtering and other functions of the controlboard can improve its stability of laser system, improve.The research result of this thesis is economic and convenient refitting. It can be retrofittedtwo dimensional laser system in DC-32type tamping machine and has widely application value.It can also have reference significance for other tamping machines improving the performance ofthe laser system.
