The tamping machine is the major device for railway maintenance at present.With the development of china's rail undertakings rapidly, the quality of the railway line has higher requirements.09-32 tamping machine can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of maintenance operations because of continuous work,so it is widely used.The main difference between continuous and step-type tamping machine is that the satellite of the former can move within the framework of track.So the control algorithm of stepping operation is no longer suitable for continuous operation.In order to reduce the difficulty of the system redesign and improve the compatibility,the control algorithm of continuous tamping is based on step-type operation with compensation control.In this paper,the system of compensation control for lining and lifting of continuous tamping machine is analysed and designed,including two parts of hardware and software. Firstly,the detection theory of lining and lifting is briefly introduced and the principle and algorithm of compensation are analysed.Secondly,the composition of the system is presented and the requirements of each part are summarized as an important point,consisting of the compensation control of settlement,control of satellite,compensation control of lining and lifting,signal processing of lining and lifting using laser and so on.Under the compensation principle and algorithm and the structure of the system,this paper is going to design a univeral circuit board on the basis of mcu,which is suitable for various components of the system.The software of the circuit board and compensation algorithm is developed on the basis of the actual operating conditions and manuals.The hardware and software of the system are detected by experiments. Programs are modified more conveniently than the parameters of the traditional analog syatem. The system is simple in terms of construction, easy to operate. As the experiments show, this system has a great anti-interference capability, good stability,high accuracy and strong universality as well.At present,the system debugging has been completed and it is putting into production,ready to do experiments on the machine.The results of this paper are shown as follows:(1)the requirements of each component and signals of the system are summarized;(2) a univeral system of lining and lifting is designed on the basis of mcu and the circuit board is developed;(3)the control software and algorithm of the system are completed.
