In the21st century, due to continuously fast development of national economy, the demand for electricity increased rapidly and the scale of the grid enlarged quickly. Large amount devices put into operation requires higher management in power dispatching. Maintenance scheduling of power equipments is an important daily work in every power dispatching management center which affects the safety of power grid deeply. Optimize algorithm for maintenance scheduling is the very method to make reasonable plan in a automatically way, it can break the traditional manual scheduling mode and also is the key to deal with massive equipment maintenance.The ultimate goal of maintenance scheduling is arranging the maintenance tasks reasonability which submitted by component subordinate units on condition that insure the safety of power grid. Because of the diversity of device types and influence factors in power grid operation, the optimization problem is a multi-objective, multi-constraint scheduling problem in essence, and generally there are two steps-modeling and optimizing in solving the problem. Researchers build the mathematical optimism model mainly based on the reliability or economy of the power grid operation. Optimizing methods can be divided into the traditional optimization algorithms and intelligent optimization method. This thesis take all the primary devices into consider, convert the non-generator type equipments into a virtual generator with a certain value capacity which can be calculated by sensitivity between devices, and then, combine with the grid load balance the maintenance capacity and practical total capacity based on enumerating all the feasible solutions. By refusing to some maintenance task to ensure the safety and stable operation of power grid and get a reasonable maintenance plan finally. In this thesis, the author improves the enumeration process by handling the constraints properly, combining the maintenance tasks efficiently and terminating the enumeration timely. The process improvement can avoid the curse of dimensionality under a certain scale of input while enumerating the solutions which has very practical significance in maintenance arrangement. The author completes the following work in the thesis:(1) Equate all the non-generator type primary devices into virtual generator; (2) Implement and verify the optimization algorithm;(3) Implement the maintenance plan system;Maintenance scheduling for power grid devices is an important part in grid management. This thesis considers the primary grid devices and simplifies the problem by equivalent transformations, elaborate and implement an optimization algorithm and applied it into the actual system. Development and application optimization system for maintenance scheduling informatization is meaningful in the real production process.
