| In order to meet the requirement of current market product development strategywhich changes rapidly, the phenomenon that pursuit of gorgeous appearance andproduct homogeneity s has appeared in the field of product design for years. Althoughthe method could create short-term economic benefits, but it hindered thedevelopment of product innovation. The core of product value is function andstructure supports the function. Therefore, the key to change this predicament is theproduct structure innovation. The main purpose of this paper is to explore productstructure innovative and find out operable ways and means with the analysis of theproduct system design, DFMA, DFSS, QFD, TRIZ and other theoretical combineswith practical design solutions.First of all, this paper researches the theory of product system design in-depthand derived the closely related relationship between the product planning stage, thestage of Conceptual design,product design and product evaluation stage in modernproduct development processes. Through the analysis of DFMA, DFSS, QFD, TRIZand other theories, Found that QFD theory, can be able to quickly and accuratelylocate the direction of structure innovation; the thinking of TRIZ way can helpdesigners to achieve the target structure; the specification and verification of DFSSand DFMA can help designers in both product design and evaluation stages in order toobtained reasonable and innovative structure. Secondly, this paper combines theabove theoretical study of the results and the actual design projects,therefore,summarize the ways and means of product structure design in various stages ofstructural innovation. Finally, this paper successfully uses the structure innovationmethods of the research to design an actual project Golf-Cart.
