The Research Of Marketing Distribution Dispatching Optimization Mode

In recent years, State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC) has made lots of efforts to demonstrate the development road and the targeted network structures in a rolling way. Our development strategy is to build a strong network with all levels well developed, basing on new communication and intelligent controlling technology, which can reach the international leading level. The rural power grid is an important component of the state grid. It is a new task to build a strong network that is more intelligent. It is also an inevitable requirement that the rural grid coordinates with all level networks.Based on the goal to service agriculture, local economy and social development, with the trend of strong intelligent grid construction of State Grid, we transform the rural grid,so we improve the grid infrastructure monitoring devices,we improve the management control level of industrial and mining enterprises and resident users, we promote power distribution reliability and quality. Combined with the idea of intelligent grid, we strengthen the interaction between users and power supply unit and promote the automation level and information level of the electrical devices. Meanwhile, we take the customer’s demand as the basis to build a rural grid Marketing Distribution Dispatching optimization mode to guide daily production and marketing work.In order to improve the efficiency of the management of Marketing Distribution Dispatching mode, this paper gives a detailed demonstration on MDD mode. This paper mainly discusses the construction of power user electric energy data acquire system, intelligent distribution, unified data concentration real-time monitor platform and enterprise integrated information management platform. With all these functions, we integrated the formation of rural power network monitoring and management center and we can discuss the rural network MDD optimization mode.Based on the analysis of Licheng district power network, the paper put forward the construction of electric energy data acquire system, intelligent distribution network and distribution automation. The electric energy data acquire system with full acquisition,full cost control and full coverage realizes the automatic acquisition and real-time monitoring. With the acquisition, we can analyze the user’s condition, count the consumption,calculate the substation area line loss.New elements are melt into the construction of intelligent distribution network. It mainly includes intelligent integration terminal,with which we can solve the problems of devices monitoring, controlled switching, harmonic impulse and unbalanced three-phase monitoring. Meanwhile the system also provides the functions such as safety monitoring and management, the equipment’s efficiency, data standard transmission and data alert.The construction of automation distribution integrated the function of SCADA and DA. It actualizes the monitoring and controlling of Licheng power distribution on the whole. It can analyze the statue of the distribution network, manage the network efficiently, provide open interfaces, support WEB release and system interconnection. In our research, we reform the system function to comply with the standard of the State Grid Corporation. Finally, we actualize the functions such as distribution automation, advanced application analysis, distributed energy access and self-healing.With the construction of the three system, we actualize power user electric energy data acquire system, intelligent distribution, unified data concentration real-time monitor platform and enterprise integrated information management platform. We can safely exchange, share and analyze the data from different systems. At the end of this paper, we give a summary and analysis of prospects on Licheng district Marketing Distribution Dispatching mode.In this research, we use new technology, reliable devices and excellent management model. Licheng power supply company plays an important role in rural grid resource optimal allocation and the development of national economy.It has very important practical significance and application value to implement the coordinated development of power grid at all levels.
