Utility boilers are important components of thermal power generation.Structural power plant boiler, with all aspects of materials, welding, etc. are relatively complex operation, in general, power station boilers including multiple systems, such as economizers, water wall, superheater, reheater, boiler pipes range, bearing support hanging systems. On the one hand, each of the system due to their different conditions, in the long run there will be a different process defects, these defects, understand its causes, targeted for improving testing, is necessary. On the other hand, for different furnace, different combustion, different run times, even within the same system, the probability of different defects is not the same. Here we have one of the typical boiler water wall temperature sulfur corrosion failure analysis, high temperature oxygen tube boiler heating surface corrosion analysis.1.A boiler water wall temperature sulfur corrosion (out of wall)Because of rising coal prices in recent years, resulting in the increasing cost of power generation, power generation companies rarely use design coal, while the higher sulfur content of coal purchased, resulting in high-temperature sulfur corrosion of water wall is getting worse. Through parts of the water wall temperature sulfur corrosion occurs, analyze the causes and proposed treatment measures.2. Boiler heating surface temperature oxygen corrosion (inner wall)According to the structure can be divided into π boiler type furnace and tower type furnace, due to cost control most power plants using π-type furnaces.
