Rolling bear is an important mechanical standard part,it is widely used in various ofrevolute joint,it has also become one of the main factors that affect the performance ofmachine.As a whole industrial foundation,machinery manufacturing industry is movingin the direction of high precision, high efficiency, intelligent and flexible,thusrequirements of bearing performance is improving.At present there is a gap between ourcountry and foreign advanced level in bearing production scale and productperformance.How to furtherly improve the level of bearing production automation,toimprove product performance,thereby enhancing our bearing products in the internationalmarket competitiveness,it has become a bottleneck restricting the development of thebearing industry.This paper chose to establish bear raceway Ultra-lapping automatic control system asa major research goal,analysed the current problems in the process of domestic bearraceway Ultra-lapping,proposed to solve the problem of automatic processingmethods,furtherly designed the bear raceway Ultra-lapping automatic control system.thispaper completed the following aspects of the work:Firstly, depart from the existing bear raceway process,to analyse the reasons can notbe achieved the automatic replacement hone,and proposed mechanism solutions toautomatically replace hone and automatically detect raceway surface roughness.Secondly, take full advantage of the hardware configuration of the originalsystem,and use Siemens S7-200PLC to complete automatically replace hone andautomatically detect raceway surface roughness.To write a sequential function chartprogram and debug program.Finally,according to the modules processes of automatically replace hone and automatically detect raceway surface roughness,based on host computer configurationsoftware-WinCC,designed and implemented monitors for the presence of hone and thedetection of surface roughness.WinCC via KepserverEx (OPC Server software) tocommunicate with S7-200,to read the PLC process value by process variables,to usethe dynamic dialog boolean approach to configure dynamic change of the presence ofhone. Making use of OLE technology achieve Microsoft Office Excel and WinCCinterconnection,WinCC variables read roughness data in Excel cells,using dynamicdialog analog type to determine roughness eligibility.In this paper,study on bear raceway Ultra-lapping process,by combining the WinCCconfiguration technology and PLC control systems,enhance the automation level of thebearing raceway Ultra-lapping process,to create conditions for bearing unmannedmanufacturing systems.
