In recent years, with the continuous development of power industry, power plant new increased a lot of large capacity units.But with the improvement of our people’s own quality, energy conservation and emissions reduction consciousness also more and more strong, the energy-saving renovation of drum induced draft fan, power plant, is becoming more and more important.China’s coal-fired power plant boiler drum induced draft fan power consumption accounted for about25%-30%of the auxiliary power, drum induced draft fan for boiler load change and are often in a state of low efficiency, waste a great deal of energy on regulating air volume effect of duct damper. Variable frequency speed regulating device installed on the boiler drum induced draft fan, it can be according to the boiler combustion conditions and load changes, automatically adjust the rotate speed of drum induced draft fan, air pressure and air volume adjustment, so as to achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.Induced draft fan frequency conversion after transforming, Yunnan Power Grid unit adjustment power plant boiler drum induced draft fan vibration fault occurred frequently, causing the plant load reduction, shutdown, such as accident, has affected the normal operation of thermal power unit and the loading capacity, to a certain extent, affected the Yunnan Power Grid safe and stable operation and power balance between supply and demand.Induced draft fan frequency conversion after transforming, blade crack and fracture failure, this is due to the change of frequency, induced draft fan speed change, often in the region of the critical speed, causing resonance caused by induced draft fan impeller. Study of QuJing power plant, Kunming power plant, Yangzonghai power plant, Da Tang Honghe power plant and Xunjiansi power plant frequency induced draft fan blade crack and fracture accident case, the vibration fault analysis test data including vibration amplitude and phase (horizontal, vertical, axial direction of three number) on the comprehensive influence of vibration fault, by analyzing the trend of vibration bode diagram, figure, vibration spectrum diagram, the induced draft fan vibration fault diagnosis.Aims at the malfunctions of induced draft fan, puts forward the corresponding solutions, such as blade stiffened FM, plus special bandage, add counterweight to do dynamic balance, etc.This paper introduces the static test and dynamic test, dynamic balance and static balance their respective applicable scope, implementation steps, need to be aware of problems and so on.In the analysis of various factors was studied for vibration fault after the comprehensive influence of recommended to do dynamic balance and balance method to solve the problem of vibration.Live through the test counterweight, blower vibration is reduced, can run in safe condition.Proof of induced draft fan inverter vibration fault judgment is correct, the measures effectively solved the problem of vibration, to ensure the safe and stable operation of unit.This study used the EPP vibration acquisition analyzer and208-P DAIU instrument to test the vibration in the process of data collection.By using leaf reinforced FM, plus special zone, and counterweight to do dynamic balance method, the types and the characteristics of the induced draft fan vibration performance characteristics were classified, of each type of failure and countermeasures are put forward, under the condition of safe operation for induced draft fan, provides a certain theoretical basis.
