In this paper,based on the full investigation of the data and the investigation project,this paper makes a demonstration study on the transformation scheme of the induced draft fan and the booster fan after the reformation of Zhungeer power plant.In order to meet the new requirements of air pollutant emissions from coal-fired power plants,the SCR denitrification system is proposed in Zhungeer power plant,and the Zhungeer power plant is going to transform the dust collector.This paper first analyzes the existing Zhungeer power plant fan and booster fan selection margin is too large,poor,fan and fan system,at the same time,poor economic operation,the Zhungeer power plant denitration transformation,the resistance increases,the existing draught fan can not meet the needs of safe operation of nitrate removal transformation after the expansion must be carried out.Next,this paper introduces the Zhungeer power plant desulfurization denitration renovation of drainage after evaluation of booster fan fan,transformation method,t hrough the comparison of the evaluation methods,and the Zhungeer power plant desulfurization denitration transformation fan,booster fan scheme itself analysis,Zhungeer power plant desulfurization denitration renovation of drainage after the pressurized air machine transformation plan fan,affecting a wide range,the degree of deep.The choice of scientific and reasonable evaluation method is the premise and foundation of the project evaluation.From the process point of view,with fuzziness mainly has th ree aspects,namely the selection criteria,and establish the weight indicator,after comprehensive consideration,as the analytic hierarchy process to determine the evaluation method of the project,combined with the success degree evaluation method to evaluate the realistic project is more comprehensive,comprehensive and objective.And the workflow of the analytic hierarchy process is introduced.And the analytic hierarchy process is used to design the evaluation index system of the draft fan and booster fan of the Zhungeer power plant after the transformation of desulfurization and denitration.Finally,the design of the Zhungeer power plant desulfurization denitration renovation of drainage after booster fan fan,including the transformation plan,a plan: adjust the local reconstruction plan fan;scheme two: fan motor adjustable local reconstruction plan;scheme three: lead and booster fan combo expansion modification scheme.The use of Zhungeer power plant desulfurization of draught fan and booster fan transformation scheme evaluation index system of denitration transformation,the proposed alternatives transformation workload,energy efficiency,the transformation period,the transformation costs,5 of operation safety evaluation and selection,according to the comprehensive evaluation results,a scheme 76.8535,scheme two 78.2425 three points,81.4528 points,the Zhungeer power plant desulfurization and denitration renovation of drainage after the evaluation results of booster fan fan,the transformation plan,fan motor adjustable revamping scheme with a draught fan and booster fan in the comprehensive score of revamping scheme results for 79.0188 and 82.802,it can be seen that the fan,booster fan in revamping scheme score higher,more suitable as a selection scheme.The application scheme in this thesis fan,booster combo of leading the main operation parameters of fan after the reformation of the test,and compared with before transformation parameters are found,the problem of low efficiency compared with the transformation before the fan operation,after the transformation of fan running efficiency.After the transformation,the performance parameters of the induced draft fan are improved,and the effect is better.Therefore,from the necessity,feasibility and reliability,the transformation of the economic evaluation results,whether it is only denitration transformation,or at the same time the transformation of desulfurization and denitrification,the blade adjusting shaft of turbo fan with reconstruction scheme of flow fan is the best solution.
