The paper mainly research and design of series resonance inverter power supply forDBD(dielectric barrier discharge) ozone generator,At present, the domestic ozone generatorpower supply with the following two kinds of inverter,One is through the mains powerfrequency transformer booster,Another is hard switching technology.however, switching lossis very large,which leads to ozone generator inverter power supply system working in lowfrequency,the filter circuit has a big weight and volume,at the same time,the cost is high,the output power is limited and Circuit efficiency is low,As has been mentioned above,theresearch methods of the fundamental of DBD ozone generator equivalent circuit wasproposed in this paper,Detailed analysis of the DBD type ozone generator work of four kindsof mode,A series of characteristic parameter equation is deduced. At the same time,the keytechnical problem has been solved such as the topological structure of the ozone generatorpower supply, inverter control method, hardware circuit of the inverter power supply design,therefore,This paper mainly from the following five aspects1. The circuit structure of DBD ozone generator. In the process of selecting the circuitstructure of power supply, Through the contrast analysis,it shows that the series resonantinverter has the advantages as follows, simple circuit structure, convenient control advantagesstart, use of the soft switch technology, it solves the serious loss of power when the switchworking under high frequency and the problem of heat dissipation systems, it also improvethe efficiency of ozone generator.2. Determination of ozone generator circuit operational modal analysis and parameters.Analysis of4cases of ozone generator circuit, it can derive the mathematical expression of airgap capacitor voltage in each working time,because of its mathematical expression isequivalent to the symmetric function, superposition of sine function and cosine function,ability at fundamental frequency outside the little, so as to obtain the equivalent capacitanceand impedance of ozone generator, derives the formula for calculating the parameters, itestablishes the fundamental wave equivalent circuit for DBD type generator, and fundamental wave equivalent circuit are analyzed. It have the certain reference significance for design ofDBD type ozone generator inverter.3. the choice of control method for the ozone generator power supply output power,DCpower modulation controls rectification circuit output voltage, to change the output power,the inverter circuit without affecting the power link, it is the realization of DC to AC converter,inverter power is output voltage does not change the rectifier circuit, inverter output to changethe output power, selection of control scheme of inverter power regulation, by comparison thePWM control technology, PDM control technology, the advantages and disadvantages ofPWM and PDM hybrid control technology, tracking phase shift control technology to controlthe output power of frequency is selected, at the same time,series resonant inverter is moresuitable for DBD type ozone generator.4. A new frequency phase-locked loop tracking phase shift control circuit based on theCD4046. Using CD4046chip to achieve the purpose of frequency tracking based on phaseshift control technology, the frequency remains fixed, fixed output harmonics, it is easy todesign filter circuit, and is easier to realize zero voltage switching and zero current switching,and it also easy to realize the soft start switch device, reduce the loss of switch device andimprove efficiency of ozone generator system.5The design of each DBD type ozone generator inverter module. The control circuituses SG3525as the output signal of the control circuit, use the Swiss concept company2SD315A as the IGBT power ozone generator inverter switching device driver, The papergives the main circuit, the auxiliary circuit, over-current protection circuit, a transformer, asimulation model is established by matlab/simulink, the simulation results and theoreticalanalysis results verify that the feasibility of fundamental wave equivalent circuit for designozone generator power supply, and provides the theoretical basis for the design of DBD typeozone generator inverter efficiency.
