With the rapid economic development and people’s living standards improve,people become increasingly dependent on energy enhancement, power users proposedhigher requirements for power, its safe production and stable operation is becomingmore and more important. Therefore, ensure the power system safe and stableoperation, improve power supply reliability and power quality is the main task ofelectricity workers.Because of China’s power grid construction later than the developed countries,weakness grid structure, grid development lags behind economic development, powersystem operation greatly increase transmission capacity in the state close to the gridlimits the chance. With the rapid growth of the load, the power grid operation mode ismore complex and more equipment, information clutter when the grid occurredaccident, monitor and dispatcher requires manual analysis and processing for a lot ofdata. In recent years, a lot of power accident exposed that existing accident treatmentstrategy has been unable to meet the requirements of intelligent scheduling, whetherat home or abroad.In this paper, combined with the characteristics of regional power grid, fromaccidents, accident principles and dispatching automation system to build a powergrid security risk identification and prevention systems provide a preliminaryframework and ideas. Learn from past research achievements and shortcomings,proposed the development of systems based on the principles and solve the buildsystem’s key points and technical points, clear the basic architecture of the system andthe functional requirements. The system improved the pre-identification risk,accidents suppression and the whole process of disaster recovery management systemfor Nanchang grid operation. With the appropriate software applications and networktopology advanced algorithms to help run the personnel consequences and losses onthe grid weaknesses unexpected accident occurs in a variety of operating mode foranalysis, and to assist the accident restoration measures to achieve decision support,to achieve by runtime unexpected consequences grid accident caused the loss of identification and evaluation of classification, to achieve the correct operation ofdevice considering grid accident inhibition was evaluated the effectiveness of theconfiguration device considering the scientific assessment, improve the grid operationrisk identification and prevention capabilities.
