| With the development of Qinghai oilfield,the power system of Qinghai oilfield has gradually formed its current scale from small to large,and the annual power supply has reached 580 million KW.H.However,due to its early exploration and development,the power system infrastructure construction and technical standards are relatively backward,the construction level is low,the equipment is relatively old,the power supply reliability of the entire power system is low,the power quality is poor,and there are many harmful factors.These factors seriously affect the safe and stable power supply,reduce the reliability and safety of power grid,and make the risk increasingly prominent,which cannot meet the needs of the next development of the oilfield,and becomes the bottleneck problem restricting the sustainable and rapid development of the oilfield,which needs to be solved urgently.In this paper,against the above background,aiming at the hazard factors of qinghai oilfield power grid,safety analysis and countermeasures are carried out.This paper studies the current situation of power grid operation in Qinghai oil field.Through field investigation and theoretical analysis,risk identification is carried out for its regional location,equipment and facilities,natural environment and other aspects.Main hazard factors and risks include fire,electric shock,lightning strike,power failure and so on.The hidden danger of grid in Qinghai oilfield is analyzed by using safety checklist: the structure of grid is not reasonable,the load distribution is not balanced,the operation is not stable;Some equipment and facilities are old and have many defects of operation failure;The degree of automation is not high,manual fault detection efficiency and high risk and other hidden dangers.The accident tree is used to analyze the cable fire with strong concealability and high risk,and it is found that the probability of fire accident is high from the aspects of monitoring system,fire protection system is not complete,no flame retardant material is added,cable spacing is too small,and the countermeasures and measures with strong operability are put forward.Aiming at the difficult problem of high safety risk in fault finding process of power supply and distribution lines,an automatic fault location system for distribution network is developed and applied in the field.Distribution network fault automatic positioning system of research and development application,which greatly shortens the time needed for oilfield distribution network troubleshooting,greatly reduce the cost of manpower and material resources and time needed for troubleshooting,from a certain extent,reduce the secondary accident triggered by fault handling time,improve the automation level of the oil field power grid,improve power supply reliability,reduce the risk of personnel line inspection,verified by pilot application,this system is reliable and practical,and improves the reliability of the test run part of the power supply network,security,and is worth popularizing large-scale,for oilfield network security management provides the technical support. |
