ABSTRACT:At present, the application of electric vehicles in our county is still in the demonstration operation stage. Electric taxi is the main direction of the demonstration operation, which is still facing unreasonable charging facilities planning, imperfect configuration and other outstanding issues during the large-scale development. Centralized depot with concentrated charging is the universal energy supply model of the electric taxi at the current stage in domestic cities. Furthermore, compared with the traditional fuel cab, the electric taxi has a shorter mileage range and longer energy supply process. The scientific planning and construction of the charging network infrastructure is an important part of the development of large-scale electric taxi, which is also essential for the development of the entire electric vehicle industry.Based on the study of the features of the electric taxi’s operation and charging, this paper mainly studies the fallowing aspects by analyzing the operation data:(1) By the research of the electric taxi’s character of operation, this paper establishes the mathematical model of the charging station service radius.(2) By the study of the character of the electric taxi’s operation and charging, a mathematical model of charge demand distribution is set up.(3) For the layout of the electric taxi’s charging network, this paper studies the Voronoi diagram and the planar point set triangle subdivision theory.(4) For the electric taxi charging station queuing system, by statistically analyzing the actual data of the electric taxi arrival time and the charging service time, the conclusion of the arrival time interval obeying negative exponential distribution and the charging service time obeying normal distribution has been arrived. And this paper gives the mathematical basis of the electric taxi charging station queuing system belonging to the M/G/k queuing model.(5) For the electric taxi charging station M/G/k queuing system, this paper analyzes the mathematical features’ influence of the arrival state of charge (SOC) to the queuing system and proposes some measures to improve the system running indexes and the service ability.(6) This paper accomplishes the planning of the charging facilities by establishing the optimized configuration model of the electric taxi charging station based on M/G/k queuing model. (7) This paper establishes the mathematical model of the planning and layout of the electric taxi charging station, and gave the optimal solution of the electric taxi charging network by the case analysis.
