Along with the development of electric vehicles(EV) the development and promotion of technology, EV has been accepted by more and more users. The rapid development of EV is also inseparable from the development of facilities, the supporting the construction and improvement of the facilities has been paid more and more attention, many countries are in EV charging station construction, how to under the precondition of satisfying the district planning and user needs charging achieve charging station planning benefit maximization is a hot research in recent years, experts and scholars.First of all. researching several charging mode of EV in urban area. Reaching the demand of conventional charging, fast charging, V2 G characteristics of single EV. Based on the private car users and taxi travel habits, using Monte Carlo method were constructed EV routine needs charging and fast charging demand model; the introduction of economics related knowledge to construct function relationship between discharge price and V2 G demand, and Monte Carlo method is used to construct the model of demand characteristics of discharge.Secondly, in EV conventional charging characteristics and V2 G characteristics based, ordered the EV charging and discharge of grid load Qu Xianxiao peak filling valley, to city power grid load curve variance as the objective function, make the optimal charging and discharging time and price, guide EV users to participate in "cut peak and fill valley". Due to the load curve in different seasons, double cease, which has different characteristics, to the four seasons in a typical working day and weekend, grid load curve are simulated. Different optimal time and price scheme developed for different situations.Finally, based on the characteristics of EV fast charging, EV presents a charging station location and capacity model. Location model to the distribution of urban network nodes as fast charging load demand distribution, according to the total charge demand and single seat charging station capacity of upper and lower limits of site classification method is proposed. Combined with the city’s access point structure, a local optimization method based on the objective function of the user’s charge cost, the genetic algorithm and the weighted V Rono Eetu for various schemes are constructed. Charging station operation and maintenance cost and user charge cost(cost) as the objective function, selected all the optimal scheme in minimum comprehensive cost distribution scheme; constant volume model is in the optimal distribution scheme based on, based on queuing theory, to the charging pile construction into this and user line charging time cost were studied. The model can reasonably configure the capacity of each charging station according to the different service range and weight of each charging station.
