As High-rise Buildings spring up like mushroom in the rapid expansion modernsociety, the demand of elevator has increased a lot. Elevator has become a facility that cityresidents come into contact with at daily work and life. It is in relation to the safety ofpeople’s life and property.The brake is the core of elevator safety device. This papermainly introduces the design for signal separator based on FPGA, by million timeseffectiveness testing of the power cut braking brake, and keeping records of test data,through what to evaluate the reliability of elevator brakes. My major is the design of powersupply.The goal of the system design is the programmable AC power supply, which is widelyapplied to the power performance testing of electronic products. It can provide alternatingcurrent which is adjustable on the output frequency range and output voltage. Meanwhile,it can also measure parameters of output voltage, output current size and output effectivepower. The system specifically adopts speed SOC microcontroller C8051F020as thecontrol core, to control the inverter circuit, for getting the inverter power source withfrequency variable in a certain range and adjustable voltage. This system can provide thepower for loads in general.This paper did detailed research for the control strategy of AC programmable powersupply. It produced SPWM according to the equal area equivalent, while making algorithmimprovement as well, effectively improved the output waveform distortion in the casewhen the dead time occurs, and made the output more stable and dynamic response moreeffectively by using digital PID algorithm. At the same time, based on the Modbuscommunication protocol, it completed the communication of the control board and PC,control panel and front panel. It applied Labview software to design PC interface, didperformance testing, and analyzed the output waveform, finally reached to the certainperformance request.
