As the shortage of energy and pollution of environment becoming more and more severe,people focus on the development of energy-saving environment protective product. Transportationindustry is the main cause of such problem, which makes the research of energy-savingenvironment protective vehicle in emergency. In recent years, solar power vehicle and batteryvehicle are not so perfect. There are still some problems need to be solved. So they are not popularwith people. However hydraulic hybrid vehicle doesn’t have this problem.The research of hydraulic hybrid technology in our country is later than other developedcountries. However, according to business practices, the first company that masters this technologywill be in the status of technology monopoly, which makes other companies to pay a lot of moneyto use this technology. So it is very necessary to master core technology of independent intellectualproperty. This paper is mainly about the special characteristic of hydraulic hybrid system. Therebylay a foundation for the application of hydraulic hybrid technique in large and medium sizedvehicles.This paper propose a closed hybrid loop circuit system that based on hydraulic accumulator.The system’s energy storage component is accumulator, which makes it possible to the recyclebraking energy of the system. When system is braking, accumulator can store load’s kinetic energyand motor’s energy, which will make braking more efficient. When system is accelerating,accumulator will release energy, which can reduce the burden of motor and overcome the largeinertia of motor and pump.Firstly, many references documents from the domestic and overseas are consulted to know theresearch states of hydraulic hybrid technique. Then, the advantages, disadvantages and principle ofhydraulic hybrid are introduced. The feasibility, construction and working principle of the system inthis paper are analyzed. Thirdly, mathematical model of the main hydraulic components is analyzedand hydraulic hybrid system’s mathematical mode is built. This model helps to acquire thetheoretical basis for system control strategy.By analyzing system’s working characteristics in different stages, got the main principles ofsystem’s control strategy and design the control algorithm of the system. Based on the softwarenamed AMESim, built the hydraulic hybrid system’s simulation model and PID controller’ssimulation model. When chose system parameters, analyzed the selection principle of corehydraulic accumulator. Comparison on the pump-controlled motor circuit system, the simulationresult proves that this system has advantages in respond speed and energy consumption characteristics.Finally, summarized the above research work and put forward what can be done for furtherresearch.
