Transmission and distribution network analysis sotfware is an important application forthe calculation and analysis of the transmission and distribution network, so it is widely usedin planning, design and research of the power gird. But the current sotfwares have somelimitations in versatility and openness, and some problems in maintainability and extensibility.Therefore, it has important theoretical significance and practical value to develop atransmission and distirbution network analysis sotfware that bears good versatility,strongcompatibility and easy to maintain.First, the paper analyzes the overall structure, performance requirements and modulefunction of the transmission and distirbution network analysis software, summairzes theIEC61970seires of standard including common information model(CIM) and componentinterface standard(CIS), contrasts the current communication technology and researches thecommunication technology of the WCF(Windows Communication Foundation) deeply whichis applied to the system. Then, according to the actual needs of power system, it analyzes thehigh speed data access interface(HSDA) in the CIS and builds the organization form of thedata model; based on the object-oirented technology, using the unified modelinglanguage(UML) designs the interface of the system; it also completes the analysis andfinishing work for the power resources uniifed coding. Finally, the paper discusses applyingthe WCF technology to build communication framework of the distirbuted system, andthrough the HSDA interface to realize the functions of data browsing and access.In the integration environment of Visual Studio2008,write the server and client HSDAinterface components by C#for the distributed transmission and distirbution network analysissotfware. Based on building the prototype system,it wirtes a relevant test program, andthrough the HSDA intefrace,the data in the server could be browsed and accessed to verify thecorrectness and rationality with the design of the interface.
