Ceramical polishing power is plentiful detritus during the process of a series of deep machining such as lapping, polishing ceramic tile and so on. According to the statistics, every year more than ten million tons of polishing detritus was produced in china. At the present time, our country was still in the dry tree in the respect of regeneration exploitation of waste ceramic power, none but a small quantity of flotsam has been recycled, others were simply covered up. It not only occupied the plowland, polluted the environment, but also harmed people’s healthy, the more important was that it would restrict the sustainable development of ceramic industry.This dissertation was mainly in the view of the pollution of waste ceramic power and studied the possibility of waste ceramic power used as concrete admixture. A total of24sets of C30and C40concrete design, namely, without admixture of the2groups of concrete,8groups of ceramical polishing power concrete,8groups of fly-ash concrete, as well as ceramic power incorporation, incorporation fly ash6groups of concrete. Comparison to fly ash, tested ceramical polishing power on working performance and compressive strength of concrete and mechanical performance of eramical polishing power. The microcosmic structure of the samples was analysed by reflection microscope. Pilot studies have shown that:According to Pozzolanic Admixture Used to Cement "(GB/T2847-2005) and The Testing Methods of Industrial Waste Used to Cement Mixture (GB/T12957-2005), to carry out experiment show that ceramical polishing power possess self-hardening and performance of pozzolane; According to Ordinary Concrete Performance Testing Methods (GB/T50080-2002), to carry out testing of workability of flesh concrete.The testing show that:With the increase of amount of ceramical polishing power bring about the following consequences such as:the slump of concrete have clearly decreased, the cohesion and water retentivity of the concrete have got better performance. Fly-Ash concrete have opposite happens. Not only the cohesion and water retentivity of the concrete get better performance but also possessing of the good qualities on flowability with mix fly ash and ceramical polishing power; According to Testing Method for Mechanical Properties (GB/T50081-2002) to carry out testing of compressive strength of concrete. The testing show that:When addition of ceramical polishing power or fly ash of10%-40%into cement, the compressive strength of concrete within3-90days decreased as the amount taxed increases. When addition of ceramical polishing power of10%-30%into cement, the compressive strength of concrete meet the requirements;Give consideration to workability and compressive strength of concrete, the optimum content of ceramic power was about20%and10%ceramical polishing power and20%fly ash.
