Stable and secure functioning of the power generation equipment is continuing to provide an important guarantee of electricity. For power generation equipment repair companies, the unique nature of its industry, the maintenance cycle is relatively long, spare parts replacement or repair of long cycle. There is a startup risks that may be caused due to maintenance quality. How better to complete the unit maintenance tasks, and how to ensure the quality of unit maintenance, to shorten the unit downtime, and optimize the maintenance process, to improve a success rate of the unit starts, indirectly to increase the generating unit is the plant maintenance companies. All problems ower generation equipment maintenance enterprises are facing. This article is on the issues from Luojing the main power plant gas turbine fuel system maintenance study Process Reengineering. The main content is as follows:(1) the paper studied a large number of domestic and international aspects of process reengineering literature. From the definition of process reengineering, methods, reasons for failure and a comparison with other management thinking, etc., introduced the basic theory and process reengineering some of the main methods.(2) implementation of process reengineering in the study of existing models based on the type of maintenance for the implementation of business process reengineering model, While establishing appropriate evaluation program.(3) the depth of production site, to learn the structure of gas turbine power generation equipment and its repair process, observed and recorded the existing maintenance procedures and processes related to production management, process reuse of the theory and methods, for the problems of process analysis and summary.(4)Design of a process reengineering program. To analyses and summarization the data of collect from locale,we take process analyzedã€work menstruations and basic method of BPR.(5)Establishing appropriate evaluation program. In this study, we make use of qualitative and quantitative combined effect prediction and evaluation of new process scheme and we make use of Maintenance time rate,and determine the effect of process reengineering.Finally, before the end of this study, the research work done to summarize and propose future directions for further improvement. |
