As the technology is growing and the market completion is much more severely,ifChinese modern manufacture enterprises want long-term perspective,enhance theircompetitiveness and achieve sustainable development, the most fundamental thing is toenhance the independent innovation capability and management level of them. Thecompany’s business process reengineering is an important way for improvement ofcompetitiveness and innovation,which makes company to response quickly and flexiblyto change of customs requirement and market development trends. It is important toapply the IPD management model for the manufacturing enterprise of aviation standardparts,because the product require high reliability, long period development andcomplicated development process, which can enhance their development ability andmanagement level.In the beginning of this paper introduces the background of the manufacturingenterprise of aviation standard parts. Combined with the company’s strategy, the SWOTanalysis of the company is summarized in this paper. On the basis of absorbingdomestic and foreign research results, combined with the company’s strategic, analysisof the technical and process system management situation, this paper elaborate thenecessity and urgency of the technology and process system process reengineering.As an advanced product development philosophy, Integrated ProductDevelopment(IPD) model has been widely applied in many fields,and has achievedgreat success of product development these years. Analysis the type and processcharacteristics of product, the study carries out the business process reengineeringprogram base on project management methodology and pipeline management methods.Bring out the balanced scorecard performance indicators to implement the program inan easy way. At last, the researched method and model are applied to JG Company, setup the flatting matrix organization structure base on the process, and design the mainprocesses of JG Corporation’s technical and process system. The research achievementin this paper has been effectively implemented into technical and process system of JGCorporation. The achievement of this thesis could provide for other manufacturingenterprise’s technical and process system in the field of business process reengineering as reference.
