A Study Of Love Cultural Landscape

Since ancient times, love is the topic which can stimulate creative inspiration of artists. Whether literary or artistic works, most of them put love as the topic. In the history of the art, love, like a bright pearl, is considered treasures by creators. Landscape creation bases on a lot of topics. Love is a common topic which can bring a romantic color and high artistic value to landscape, just like other art categories.This study based on the cultural landscape study theory, pioneerly puts forward the type of love cultural landscape. Taking Chinese and foreign famous love landscape instance as examples, this study discusses and analyze the characteristics and attributes of love cultural landscape layer by layer from the angle of the external performance and connotation interpretation, and then further put forward the theory basis to guide the love cultural landscape design.First of all, this study quotes the concept of cultural landscape and puts forward the concept of love cultural landscape. At the same time, it describes the development and connection with present community of this type landscape. Secondly, this study does detailed and in-depth research on two aspects of love cultural landscape which is the external performance and connotation interpretation. From the first aspect which is the external performance, love cultural landscape can be divided into ornamental landscape, experiential landscape and interactive landscape. Next, the study splits love cultural landscape into landscape elements, such as mountain, stone, water, plant, architecture, landscape sketch, and digs love culture. From the second aspect which is connotation interpretation, the article thinks love cultural landscape includes not only physical landscape but also non-physical landscape relying on cultural carries. The non-physical landscape tends to guide the construction of physical landscape. The study points out narrative and symbolism are the important attributes to make landscapes contain love culture and explain how these two cultural properties embody in landscape instances and give the connotation to landscapes. As well, the article summarizes the characteristics of love cultural landscape. At last, the study implements the theoretical study of love cultural landscape down to design, and abstracts the important influence factors and put forward the guiding design principle. All the theory can contribute to the analysis of Hangzhou Huanglong Cave Marriage Folk Park.
