A challenge for the construction quality arises, with so many projects finished, for which all the circles in China are showing great concern. Project management as a new subject, the world has been a recognized and respected, in improving efficiency, shorten the construction period, reduce costs, ensure quality and to play a comprehensive income items such as management have demonstrated superiority. So the introduction of road traffic construction project management is essential.Road traffic project management is a complex and systematic project involving a number of factors.
