Green building can save resources,protect environment and reduce pollution to the utmost,and also provide healthy,comfortable and efficient environment for the people,and that promote the sustainable development of society. The development of green building is very significant for realization of energy and consumption reduction, coping with global climate change, building a resource-saving and environmental-friendly society, and upgrading ecological and cultural levels, and improving people’s living quality. The implementation of green building large-scale is the inevitable trend of social development in our country.The implementation of green building large-scale is the inevitable trend of social development in our country.Firstly,a large number of actual data is used to analyze the general characteristics, the promotion policy and the practical difficulties, and this thesis puts forward the concept of green building scale. And from the perspective of system dynamics, from the four aspects of policy, market, technology, economy, analyzes the influence of green building large-scale propulsion factors.According to the requirements and operational principle to establish a causal loop diagram, and find out the key factors, analyzes the interaction mechanism; and then draw the system flow chart, constructed the system dynamics model. This thesis takes green residential construction of Jiangsu province as the research object, by collecting large amounts of data to establish the system dynamics equation, analyze the trend of simulation, and verify the validity of the model. Finally, through policy simulation, simulating the effect and variable change policy trend,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.These will be very significant for providing basis for making promotion policy of the scale of green building and promoting green building fast permeate and dominate the market.
