Optimization And Analysis Of Gear-pair Parameter Of SEW Gearbox Transmission Device

Engineering machinery transmission industry belongs to mechanical componentsindustry, mechanical transmission device is a key part of engineering machinery, itsperformance directly relates to the quality of engineering machinery. Based on theengineering machinery transmission device of German SEW corporation, The thesisexplains KISSsoft and KISSsys software application methods and technique in the design,provides a precise and efficient design method for the gear transmission device. It hasreference value for mechenical parts parameters optimization and enterprise seriesproduction.Firstly, the author does the theoretical analysis for the transmission device and thegear transmission objective function of optimization design. This design bases on the SEWcorporation traditional transmission device and defines the design parameters. It usesKISSsoft to build gearpairs analysis model, do the calculation for the related parameters,do the comparison with the theoretical calculation results. It takes sliding coefficient as theoptimization objective, changes single parameter of gearpair3model and does thecalculation. At last, it compares the calcultion results with the traditional design, thenprovides an optimization suggestion for the gearpair traditional design.Secondly, the author analyses the work processes and construction method of the geartransmission system by KISSsys and builds the gear transmission system. This design armsat the shafts with gearpair3to do the calculation. It lays a foundation for the furtureparametric optimization of the whole transmission system.Thirdly, the author analyses the parametric model base of the transimission deviceparts and the macro recording key technology. This design builds cylindrical gearparametric model base, generates parts model by changing model parameters. It has abenefit for the production optimization and design in the furture.Besides, it provides a good tool platform for solving the modeling problems，calculation and obtaining the optimal solution.
