The Big City Fringe Area Master Planning Of Small Towns On Preparation Of Path

With the rapid development of urbanization, the planning and construction ofsmall town in metropolitan fringe area has influenced their own development as wellas the metropolitan.Through the analysis of the relationship between the small town in metropolitanfringe area and the metropolitan city center, this dissertation points out that the smalltowns in city fringe area is the important development group for metropolitan, itclosely affects the development of metropolitan and can be seen as the spacecontinuation of metropolitan. This dissertation mainly studies the master plan of smalltown in metropolitan fringe area that includes the main content, establishment processand the core problems. Base on this, it defines the primary issue in the development ofsmall town is to confront the coordination between small town and metropolitan.What’s more, through the literature review and theoretical study, it sums up thecharacteristics and the relationship of the traditional small town master plan andmaster plan of small town in metropolitan fringe area. After that, it builds the generalpath of master plan of small town in metropolitan fringe area, and conducts thevalidation research on the path through the empirical case-Shangyao town in Huainancity. This dissertation concludes the master plan of small town in metropolitan fringearea should pay attention to the establishment of regional coordination mechanism,and the correlation and dynamic between small town and metropolitan city center.
