The Strategy Research On The Master Plan Of The Small Town Of Beijing Based On Three-planning-coordination

As a combination of urban and rural areas,the small town is the important carrier of China's new urbanization and the four simultaneous development.The quality of the construction is closely related to the interests of the peasants.The study on the small town's overall planning is conducive to improving its scientific nature.This paper starts from the contradiction between the small town's overall planning in Beijing,the National Economic and Social Development Planning and the Land Use Planning(hereinafter referred to as the three rules).According to background analysis,the existing research summary,the summary of the contradictions,the reasons for the analysis,proposing the improvement of the small town overall planning in Beijing,focusing on resolving the three rules between the contradictions and conflicts.Chapter one analyzes the background and significance of the thesis while also defining and elaborating on the relevant concepts and theories.Chapter two summarizes the related research and practical results of the small-town developments at home and abroad,the research on the small-town planning,and the three-planning-coordination.Chapter three introduces the survey of Tongzhou District in Beijing Based on precedents of some small towns in Tongzhou,this chapter will also elaborate on the impact of the contradiction of three rules on to the development of small towns.As an example of performance of contradiction of three rules,this chapter shall investigate the Yujiawu Hui township;having an in-depth analysis of the reasons of contradictions between its imperfect planning system and uncoordinated management.Chapter four raises some suggestions on how to improve these three rules of the small towns in Beijing,while focusing on the different planning systems,technical standards,authorizations,management system,etc.Chapter five introduces strategy suggestions on the improvements of the small town's overall planning in the Yujiawu Hui township,along with the coordination of three rules.In addition,this chapter will also elaborate on the construction space layout and industry planning of the small town and its relationship with the new National Economic.
