The purpose of this Article is to study the internal flow field of specific hydraulicservo cylinder, and design a set of principles and methods of analysis appropriate to thesubject, and design a complete theory of servo-cylinder internal flow field analysis,capable of ordinary hydraulic servo cylinder flow field simulation and draw accurateand reliable results.In the leaf spring test bench system performance servo-hydraulic cylinder controlsystem to work efficiently for the entire test bench plays a vital role. The factorsaffecting the performance of the servo-hydraulic cylinder are seal sealing between pipepiston and piston rod hydraulic cylinders, leakage, heating and so on. As the leaf springtest bench for high frequency and the frequency is adjustable, heavy load and the load isadjustable, so the study is critical of its internal flow field. This paper analyzesthrough Fluent software its internal flow field specific analysis to identify the effects ofleakage and heat seal reason,finally stress analysis of the servo-cylinder internalcomple pipe section with detailed flow analysis by ansys software. Summarizing thevarious unfavorable factors to make servo cylinder control system work properly andaccurately to reduce the adverse effects of these measures. Finally, with knowledge ofCFD computational fluid dynamics I derive the final iteration equations inside thissmooth servo cylinder by manual mathematic derivation calculus, this makes mecomprehend computational fluid dynamics CFD further and its flexible use.Firstly, the application of Gambit, solidworks, model structure modeling, meshingand use the appropriate tools for their meshing.Secondly, under the ANSYS Workbench platform, the first use of Fluent flow fieldanalysis, then analyze the resulting data into ANSYS static analysis module, the servo-cylinder model for structural deformation analysis.Finally, with knowledge of CFD computational fluid dynamics I derive the finaliteration equations inside this smooth servo cylinder by manual mathematic derivationcalculus.In this paper, leaf spring servo control system test bench flow field analysis andstructural analysis has important reference value for future work between the efficiencyof production. For working efficiently with the development and application of the leafspring servo cylinder, test station has an important effect. The final iterative calculationsequations of this smooth servo cylinder by CFD knowledge has far-reaching significance.
