The noise and vibration characteristics of refrigerator compressor become more andmore important. Small reciprocating compressor is widely used in refrigerator.Meanwhile refrigerator compressor is the core components to cause noise andvibration. In previous studies on the design of the compressor muffler has done a deepstudy on simulation. However the compressor vibration lack of a complete systemstudy. From the compressor source of body vibration, the transmission path and theshell of the compressor.the vibration problem is studied.The method of ten points measure the sound power level is used to measure thesound pressure level and the sound power level. The vibration1is tested in x,y,zdirection for experiment study.The test and dynamic analysis is used for the study of reciprocating pistoncompressor. The study was shown the base frequency(49Hz) and second orderharmonic frequency(98Hz) is the main part of low-frequency on the compressor body.They are the result of motor and crank slider system. The better quality ofcounterbalance has been got through the Virtual Prototyping Simulation. Theexperiment is used for verification of simulation. The optimized simulation curveofthree states including original, counterweight optimized and new link. The finiteelement method was used for the stress and strain study. The strength test was done forensuring the stability. To get the objection of reducing the low-frequency vibration.The vibration isolation spring and exhaust coil are used for the connecting of thecompressor shell and body. The vibration of compressor body transmitted to the shellby the transmission path. To do the analysis of vibration isolation spring withexperiments and get the way to improve the whole or some specific frequency isolationrate.Compressor exhaust coil exit as an elastic support together with the bottom isolationspring make the compressor to be the two degrees of freedomvibration system. Thesystem coupled vibration of axial vibration and axial vibration shakes is studied and toget the relation between exhaust and compressor vibration. The experiment is used fordistinguishing the vibration caused by exhaust coil. To use the correlation analysis indata of different experiment situation, the shell vibration caused by exhaust coil isconfirmed.The noise and vibration of compressor transmit to outside through the shell of compressor. The shell modal parameters is very important for the design ofreciprocating compressor shell. By using the hammering excitation method to dothe experimental modal for the shell of reciprocating compressor under normalstimulation. The simulation analysis is used for the shell in different connect ways,To get the nature frequency and modal shapes through comparing experimental andsimulation modal data. The result shows that the main reason of strong soundradiation about3000Hz is the shell modal frequency excited.Experimental modaland simulation analysis offer a useful reference for noise and vibration of thereciprocating compressors.
