Study On The Automated Design Method Of Ship Block Completed Testing Table

With the rapid development of shipping industry, delivery speed and quality of ship design has been demanding more and more, so it is urgent to improve the efficiency of ship design. Although the use of computer shipbuilding have been prevailed, all kinds of shipbuilding software arises at the historic moment, but the pursuit of efficiency makes people pervasive in the secondary development of software project, strive to reduce shipbuilding design work.The Swedish KCS company,produced a kind of ship manufacturing software, called Tribon system,it is a modular non-platform design software.Depend on its own powerful professional and practical, Tribon have got broad application in domestic shipyard. AutoCAD globally is the most common design software, its openness make the docking with Tribon easier to implement. This paper analyse TRIBON system and AutoCAD, including the concept, the secondary development of process and key technology first, and then discuss on the study of several common secondary development method.In ships’accuracy management, block completion testing is an important link, but the block completion testing table is always figure out by hand, at present it has not made the automatic design of a suitable software. In this paper, through the development of complete data exchange technology research between Tribon and CAD, method research on block features panels and location identification which based on the data extraction, group types analysis of block completion testing, Object-oriented tag information of class design with analysis of characteristics of model and such a few aspects of work, designed a automatic methed of block completed testing table.It can extract data from Tribon system rapidly and accurately,and generate tagging information automatically. It realize the automatic design of principle dimension table, table the same surface degree detection table, and verticality measuring table of the specified block completion testing in the form of CAD graphics.
