Shipbuilding is a complex process.The amount of design drawings is large,and it is detailed to the construction level of each component and each weld.It requires hard work.Computer-aided design is an effective method.The Tribon system is a highly integrated integrated database system designed and built for ships.Tribon software is used in most shipyards and design institutes in China for production design and detailed design work.However,because the software uses European manufacturing standards,it is very different from many domestic situations,and too many manual interventions in the original drawing method are likely to cause design inefficiency and increase in quality risk,in order to let Tribon software better service to local products,more effective to help the production design team to map out,it is necessary to carry out secondary development of the software.This paper studies and analyzes the labeling content and labeling process of the hull plane assembly drawing,analyzes and explains the standard and process of production design,and determines the method of extracting Tribon database information based on Python language.Annotate the automation of the assembly drawing.The details are as follows:Firstly,the process and coding system of production design are introduced.The labeling style and drawing specification of the assembly drawing are studied.The contents of the assembly drawing are analyzed,and the content is classified,and the automatic labeling of the assembly drawing is realized.Secondly,the Tribon secondary development environment and interface are studied,and the route for determining the automatic annotation of the assembly drawing is as follows:object to be labeled,object data extraction,and execution labeling.The key to getting the object to be labeled is to capture the object to be labeled with the idea of the assembly.The extraction of object data requires selecting an appropriate database based on the extracted content,and determining the Python script to input the keywords and parameters to extract the object data.The focus of the implementation of the annotation is to implement the hull assembly icon annotation specification,design object center point algorithm.Third,the automatic annotation software is a man-machine dialogue in the form of a toolbar,loaded into Tribon.The automatic annotation software will be tested and the expression style will be added during the test.At the same time,it was applied in the design of the actual ship and achieved good results.Automated annotation software is an automated upgrade to basic annotations.The automatic drawing of the assembly drawing significantly improves the design efficiency and design quality of the hull professional,frees the designer from simple and repeated labor,and greatly reduces the losses and malfunctions caused by the user's wrong operation.
