| With the rapid development of China’s urban road traffic system, pavement markings become more and more important in providing a safely and smoothly road traffic environment. With the passage of time or road diversions, road’s mark may need re-spray, then old line marks should be cleared.Pre-mixed abrasive water jet is a new technology in cleaning road’s mark, which destructing the adhesion between roads and marks,and finally implementing the road cleaning.Due to its environment friendly, efficient and other characteristics,.Pre-mixed abrasive water jet would instead of other cleaning methods and get a rapid development.Because of the technology in domestic is the initial stage, how to choose the jet parameters is vital for traffic road lines cleaning, at present, choice of the parameters has any actual basis, therefore, influence of jet parameters’on removal efficiency is mainly studied on this paper. Optimal working parameters of high pressure water jet technology applied to traffic road lines are determined. The main work is done as follows:Firstly, Understanding the failure mechanism of high-pressure water jet and abrasive jet through theoretical analysis. Determining judging the feasibility of technology applied to traffic road lines removal through theoretical analysis of the water jet, which provides a theoretical basis for the next step to explore the jet operating parameters.Secondly, experimental study, we do the test of clearing road marks in the high pressure water jet lab by abrasive water jet. Through the experiment of high pressure water jet technology proved its unique superiority compared to other technologies. Influence of jet pressure, nozzle moving speed and target distance are studied by different working parameters on traffic road lines removal.Thirdly, from variation of the three parameters, we got road marking removal effectiveness and efficiency. Then got optimal parameters combination by using orthogonal experimental, according that studied the influence on removal efficiency.Finally got the mathematical model of jet pressure, movement speed and target distance by regression analysis.Study on using high pressure water jet technology to removing pavement markings waas done in this paper. Proved the feasibility and superiority of high pressure water jet technique technology applied to road marks cleaning through theoretical study and experiment.In addition, Preliminary optimal parameters laid the foundation for this purpose and provided realistic basis for mass application. |
