Engineering Construction Quality Management And Application

With the steady development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, people’s quality of life and living environment are becoming more and more significant.The competition of quality in today’s industry develops very quickly, so how to improve the quality of the buildings and gain a competitive advantage become the common goals that producers pursuit. The quality management of project construction, is not only the foundation of quality control system, but also the most important and the basis for construction quality. The management of scientific and effective construction process ensures quality of engineering construction standard. Building as a special product is complex production process and scale and irreversible investment. If the quality of the project don’t meet the prescribed standards for control, the consequences are more serious than other products,so ensuring engineering quality become focus of the whole society.This article not only expounds the research background,research significance and purpose of this study, but also introduces the principle and characteristics of construction engineering quality management.The focus of engineering construction quality management is discussed in this paper.The factors and control metheod affecting the quality of building engineering are analyzed. Building engineering construction quality management practice analysis,With a specific project as an example, the quality management of engineering construction is studied and analysised, the quality control of the key sectional works is also expounded.
