In this paper,we present a new portable photoelectric identification device which has theadvantages of small size,which combines many sources, photoelectric identificationtechnology and photoelectric stealth technology. The device implements the trend of demandthat miniaturization and diversified development,manufacturing the portable photoelectricidentification device with high reliability and small size.It has become a new hot spot of theworld at this stage in the field of photoelectric identification technology.Focusing on the portable photoelectric identification technology based on multi-source,Mainly complete the modules design of the source drive circuit, frequency control circuit andthe portable device charging circuit. Different sources for different driving voltage, using thedesign of ADP3336regulator to drive the source which with high accuracy, big driving power,the output voltage can be adjustable.Portable photoelectric identification device based onmulti-source is mainly used for personal, it requires a volume as small as possible, and shoulduse the frequency control of the smaller microcontroller STC15F104E than FPGA.Thecharging circuit module of the identification device including the protection circuit, chargingcircuit and power monitoring circuit.Battery charging circuit used the LTC4054which has acharge current monitoring, automatic power off and low leakage current,In order to preventsystem failure damaged to the charging circuit using the protection device of AIC1811C, theoutput voltage of the affected cell battery power remaining, so the battery voltage iscalculated by measuring the remaining battery charge.The device of the portable photoelectricidentification technology based on multi-source has already be finished,it were tested toidentify the effect of portable photoelectric identification.The device will lay a goodfoundation for the optimization and the development of portable photoelectric identificationtechnology. The source characteristics is an important part of identification device, testing the I-Vcharacteristics, dynamic resistance characteristics, electro-optical conversion efficiency,radiation spectrum and temperature characteristics to compare the different performance ofLED source and MEMS infrared.By testing different source characteristics, analyzes theadvantages and disadvantages of the portable photoelectric identification technology based onmulti-source, reveals the relationship between the source characteristics and identificationdevice performance.
