Near-infrared spectrometer for measuring the accuracy and stability requirements of high optical and mechanical structure of its complicated and large size,generally apply only to the measurement of a laboratory environment.Portable near-infrared spectrometer smaller,light weight,portability,you can work anytime,anywhere,quickly and easily be the result of the analysis,cost and time savings.In this paper,a portable near-infrared spectroscopy of the key technologies,and validate its feasibility of portable near infrared spectroscopy research has laid a firm foundation.This paper analyzes the portable near-infrared spectrometer on the requirements of light sources and experimental study on the LED light-emitting properties,by using band-pass filter bandwidth of less than 10nm has been the narrow-band light source,to meet the equipment requirements for spectral resolution.According to LED in different spectral bands of radiation, the design of the LED array driver circuit,the band in different settings corresponding pulse drive current to LED in the wavelength range to achieve a certain level of light output.The article also examined the two-optical detection methods can further reduce the light stability of the detection system.Signal acquisition based on single-chip micro-spectrometer system can further reduce the size and improve the system's cost-effective,so based on the single-chip micro-spectrometer system for portable optical spectrometer and the commercialization of practical significance. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of ADC,in view of the characteristics of micro-spectrometer,based on∑-△24 of the photoelectric converter Detection System program.Micro-optoelectronic detection system in accordance with the characteristics of single-chip,designed hardware circuit module such as serial communication interface,digital display,etc.The preparation of C language program designed to control the micro-detection system for high-precision analog-to-digital converters,serial communications,data display,etc. The results show that the stability of the system reached a reading accuracy of 10-7.
