The Research On The Performance Management Of The Highway Electrical And Mechanical Project

In the building and construction projects of electromechanical engineering highway projects, there is need to invest a lot of goods, capital, technology and human resources. Among them, human resources management is particularly critical. To improve the way of the performance management, to explore the scientific and rational model of electromechanical highway projects, has important application value for improving the level of performance management of highway projects, improving the quality and efficiency of highway construction, and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of highway enterprises.On the basis of research results and research status at home and abroad, the paper defines highway projects related to performance, performance management connotation, features, and performance appraisal methods, and analyzes the characteristics of human resources highway projects, and identifies the main problems currently exist in the project performance evaluation. Through the study of the key indicators of performance evaluation, the evaluation identified four categories: professional ethics, work attitude, ability to work, work performance, and break into the20specific quantitative indicators to determine the index weights based on expert opinion.
