Research On Optimization Of Highway Maintenance Project Management Of AB Company

Motorway is the backbone of national highway transportation.Compared with the ordinary road,motorway is characteristic of expensive construction funds and durable long life,and it plays a significant role of both economic and social development.With increasing lifetime,the motorway will be damaged to varying degrees and in different ways,as a result,it doesn’t only affect its appearance,but also decreases the quality of transportation.Therefore,the motorway maintenance is particularly important.This paper takes the maintenance management project of AB company as the object,and focuses on the theme that the existing management methods of AB company can not adapt to the new market development trend.In order to conform to the development of the market,the management mechanism suitable for the development of the AB company is formed.The theory of performance management,the theory of project management,focuses on the research on the existing management mechanism of the highway maintenance project management of AB company and the new trend of market development.Through reviewing the contents and characteristics of highway maintenance project management,the development process,and the research status of highway maintenance project management at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the basic situation of AB company and the management status of highway maintenance project from the political,economic,social and technical environment of the company,and puts forward the present situation of the management of the highway maintenance and protection project.At present,in the management of highway maintenance projects,the problems and their causes,such as "the management system of maintenance projects are not smooth enough,the profit of maintenance projects are declining,the utilization of the project equipment is low,the technical personnel of the project management are not reasonable,the management process of maintenance project is confused" and the causes are analyzed by AB company.On the basis of analyzing the management problems of highway maintenance project,this paper further puts forward the proposal of AB company based on performance oriented highway maintenance project management scheme optimization,improves the management system of highway maintenance project,improves the management level of maintenance project information,optimizes the mode of equipment management,and strengthens the professional person.The incentive mechanism is put forward,and the implementation measures of "four modernizations and Three Guarantees" are put forward based on the performance management oriented expressway maintenance project management plan.The four aspects include "objective of project management,standardization of management process,information of maintenance and management,specialization of management team",and the three guarantee is "guarantee of rules and regulations,guarantee of organizational structure,and security of property and property"’ So as to solve the problem of AB company’s existing management mechanism and the new market development trend can not be adapted to.
