Research On Medical And Health Facilities Planning In Urban Residential Community Of Gulou District In Nanjing

Health facility is one of the important functional structures in residential community, aswell as the infrastructure which is to ensure that all residents could share the primary healthcare. As the nonprofit health facility construction, it reflects not only residents’ lives and health,but also the foundation of our health system. It is rich in research value.This paper, based on the investigation situation of medical and health service facility of Nanjing Gulou District Community and residents demands, compares the facility supporting standard and facility situation to point out the existing major problems of medical and health service facility of Gulou District Community; develops the research of grading system, scale standard, facility distribution and service function of community medical and health service facility;brings forward the relevant solutions and strategy, which has stronger practical meaning of perfecting the medical and health service facility supporting of Gulou District Community and also provides references to the medical and health service facility supporting planning for the other cities or districts.First of all, the paper defines the target of subject research, learns and understands relevant theory research as well as introduces the development conditions of community medical andhealth facility at home and abroad focusing on the basic mode, service population and radius and service contents. Then, it also carries out the investigation and research on current situationand current supporting type for Guloujie community medical and health facility, has questionnaire survey to residents of Gulou District that points out three major problems existed in Guloujie Community medical and health facility: construction scale difference is big, facility distribution is not reasonable and service function is not entirely. With respect to all these problems, the paper analyzes the factor which influences on the medical and health service facility supporting of Gulou District Community based on the analysis of macro policy and social development, the descriptions of relevant planning and standard, the research of Gulou District population,space resource, street location and higher medical institution as well as the investigation of utilization and demands for Gulou District residents. On the basis, it brings forward the strategy o f solving problems, establishes the classification system, reasonable scale standard, scientific facility distribution, entirely and characteristic service functions that are suitable for Gulou District Community, proposes the planning and proposal of the medical and health service facilitysupporting of Gulou District Community, and carries out empirical research with Zhongyangmen Street of Gulou District as a typical case.Finally, the paper gives Conclusion and Outlook, summed the shortcomings of the paper,and hoped that this study can be further improved in trials and future studies.
