With the economic and social development of the towns in the southwestern mountainous regions, the living standards of the people have been continuously improved, and residents' new demands for public service facilities such as medical care, basic education, and cultural entertainment have gradually increased. However, the basic public services are in short supply, inconsistent allocation, and complicated terrain constraints.Under the conditions, problems such as the fragmentation of the medical service system and the weak continuity of spatial layout of medical and health facilities have become increasingly evident.Reasonable planning of medical and health facilities can facilitate residents to seek medical treatment, improve the overall medical service capacity of towns, and promote the development of urban-rural integration. This article takes the medical and health facilities in Kangding City of Sichuan Province,Duyun City of Guizhou Province and Liangping District of Chongqing City as the research object, based on the theory of complex networks and the support of complex network analysis techniques to build a complex network model of urban medical services in Southwest Mountainous Areas.Network structure evaluation, forecasting and optimization of technical routes, summing up the layout and evolution rules of medical and health facilities in towns and cities in southwest mountainous regions, and proposing planning optimization strategies to provide scientific basis for rational distribution and equal development planning of medical and health facilities in urban and rural areas in southwest mountainous regions.First of all,it analyzes the construction of medical and health facilities in towns and cities in southwest mountainous areas as a realistic background for the research plan of this paper.Mainly from its construction history, construction status and problems,as well as the causes of the fragmentation of the current layout,it is pointed out that the current allocation and capacity of medical resources in the towns of the Southwest Mountainous Region are insufficient, and the spatial layout of medical and health facilities under the influence of complex topography and landforms Inequality, the unreasonable flow of residents' medical treatment, and the inaccurate positioning of the medical service system are not realistic problems.Secondly,in order to solve the “fragmentation” problem of the layout of medical and health facilities, improve the continuity of the layout of the facilities, and explore the synergistic mechanism of the distribution of medical and health facilities in towns and cities in the southwest mountainous region, thus forming an overall research plan.Mainly from the point of view of residents' medical behavior, this paper analyzes the spatial layout of facilities accessible to medical services, the configuration of medical resources affected by the behavioral subjects, and the mechanism of the evolution of medical and health facilities under the flow of medical service resources.Through the abstraction of the medical service system of the township in the southwest mountainous region,a medical service network reflecting the undirected weighted geospatial reachable medical service network between the facility and the residential area and the directional directed weighted behavioral entity is taken as the following layout of medical and health facilities.Structural evaluation and planning Predictive analysis.Third,in order to optimize the layout and structure of existing medical and health facilities, the layout structure should be evaluated to identify the medical shortage areas. The analysis and evaluation of the distribution structure of medical and health facilities in urban towns in southwestern mountainous regions are mainly based on the statistical characteristics and structural characteristics of the network topology. In the statistical characteristics of the network, the main conclusions are as follows: 1 The medical service network in the southwestern three cities(districts)has the basic characteristics of a complex network;2 The aggregate characteristics of the geographic spatial reachable networks in the southwestern three cities(districts)are clustered, and the local aggregate characteristics are not Obviously, the symmetry of the node of the cooperative network of the main actors is mainly based on the net outflow type.In terms of the characteristics of network structure, the main conclusions are as follows: 1 The powers of cooperative networks of actors in the three cities(districts)are too concentrated, while the equilibrium of geographical space reachable networks is relatively high;2 K of the cooperative networks of actors in three cities(districts)-The number of nuclear partitions is more than its own geographical space reachable network level and dispersed;3 The number of geographical space reachable networks in three cities(districts)is large, and the level of cooperative networks of the actors is less different.Fourth, basing on the analysis and evaluation of the distribution structure of medical and health facilities and the identification of medical shortage areas, according to the relevant planning contents, the evolutionary trends of the distribution structure of medical and health facilities in the three cities(districts)in the southwest are analyzed, and evolution trends and laws are derived.Mainly determine the evolution trend analysis plan, construct the planning forecasting model through planning and forecasting results, select relevant indicators, and compare the network layout structure under different assumptions such as the preferred connection of network nodes, node growth and reduction before and after, and obtain the prediction simulation research results.Summarizing the characteristics and laws of network structure evolution, the study concludes that: in the evolution of network structure,a whole level: the complexity of the medical service network is becoming increasingly prominent;the overall network nodes have an obvious trend of optimal collaborative development;and the network structure tends to be balanced and stable.Sex and hierarchy gradually improved.2 Local levels: The medical service networks in Kangding,Duyun, and Liangping districts have been developed as a society, and the number of societies has increased. The 3 node level: As a whole, the number of non-hotspot nodes in the network is gradually decreasing, and the number of hotspots is gradually increasing. In terms of the evolution of facility layout,it shows the distribution and agglomeration: under the constraint of complex terrain, the medical and health facilities are clustered and the degree of agglomeration is gradually enhanced;the cooperative grouping: the medical service collaboration model is gradually developing into a group;the service is circled: service radiation capability Shows the law of diminishing circles in the center of the city. Finally, the paper puts forward the optimization strategies for the layout of medical and health facilities in towns and cities in Southwest China.Mainly based on the existing layout pattern of medical and health facilities, combined with the evolution of the layout of medical and health facilities in urban and rural areas in Southwest Mountainous Areas, the planning and optimization of layout problems that are different from the existing layout patterns are conducted. The planning optimization strategy is mainly studied from three aspects: optimization of medical service network structure, optimization of medical and health facility material planning, and optimization of coordination mechanism. The innovations in this paper include two aspects: 1 It tries to provide new scientific basis for the layout and planning configuration of medical and health facilities, and to make up for the technical deficiency of the traditional “service radius” of medical and health facilities.2 It has initially explored a set of cross-cutting research systems for complex network theory and special plans for medical and health facilities, and promoted theoretical exploration and innovation of planning and design methods that combine urban and rural construction “complex network theory” and “planning engineering practice”.
