High-frequency electromagnetic field scale inhibition water treatment technologyhas been widely used in the industrial water system, because of its better cleaning effect,no environmental pollution and simple management. Currently, the control system ofhigh-frequency electromagnetic field scale inhibition devices which are running on themarket mostly just have simple indication and alarm function, and can’t adaptivelyadjust the output power in accordance with relevant environmental parameters, lack ofintelligent control technology. Therefore, this issue is committed to design an intelligenthigh-frequency electromagnetic field scale inhibition water processor system that basedon SOPC (System On Programmable Chip). Utilizing fuzzy control technology andSOPC embedded technology, this system have achieved many intelligent controlfunctions. Its output power can be adjusted, and the system can achieve an on-site touchdisplay, and real-timely reflect cleaning effect.This paper firstly describes current situation of high frequency electromagneticwater treatment technology, explains its anti-fouling, corrosion rust and sterilizationworks in detail, then gives overall architectural block diagram of intelligenthigh-frequency electromagnetic field scale inhibition system, then design circuits forhigh-frequency electromagnetic field scale inhibition system, and have a detaildescription for its design principle.Secondly, have a particular description of design principle which is to SOPC scaleinhibition control system. SOPC scale inhibition control system includes an LCDcontroller IP core design, SOPC scale inhibition control system hardware design,SOPC scale inhibition control system software design and implementation. LCDcontroller IP core design mainly uses Verilog HDL to write interface driver, appliesSOPC development tools to construct controller IP core, and uses ModelSim to conductsimulation test. SOPC scale inhibition control system hardware design mainly usesQuartusⅡand SOPC Builder to complete hardware configuration, which include NiosⅡprocessor and peripheral components of each configuration. Then implement SOPCscale inhibition control system hardware integration. SOPC scale inhibition control system software design and implementation primarily uses NiosⅡIDE software to writeC++code, to achieve touch control and display function.Finally, design a two-dimensional Mamdani high-frequency scale inhibition fuzzycontroller, using fuzzy control technology. This fuzzy controller’s input and outputvariables respectively are water hardness, flow and power output. To test the effect ofthis fuzzy controller, the paper has a function simulation using matlab. Then give aphysical picture of this high-frequency scale inhibition water processor, and have a briefintroduction of the prototype applications.
