Linear motor is electric directly convert linear motion mechanical energy. It do not need any middle conversion institutions transmission device. Linear motor speed because it has wide range, high acceleration and response speed in all sorts of advantages of straight drive more and more wide application scope.In this paper, the linear motor from home and abroad research development present situation, analyzes the present in the linear motor control in the field of achievements and shortages of traditional control technology, modern control technology and intelligent control technology development type the paper, based on the new design platform SOPC of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor controller hardware design and software design. Linear motor from the structure and the working principle, the establishment of a reliable mathematical model. It puts forward based on iterative learning control algorithm and the combination of feedforward control strategy. The data collected the sensors (including speed, current) to the A/D converter, then will convert the results to the FPGA chips for data processing, NiosII processor will send data with the default value is used in the comparison, generating PWM signal, so as to achieve the purpose of linear motor control.We completed a control system of the hardware design and software design. In the QuartusII Altera company software support, the use of the system VerilogHDL language custom fuzzy controller, A/D module controller, PWM wave generator, through the NiosII IDE development environment for the software design; The last of the system simulation and timing function simulation. The results showed that:in the development of design thought SOPC controller is relatively easy ways, and has short development cycle, resource utilization rate and upgraded the convenient advantages.
