Research On The Quality Management System Of High Speed Railway Project Based On The Process View

Over past ten years,China’s high-speed railway construction has experienced a rapid development,of course it’s has got a great achievement.At this period,some major projects has been built,for example,Beijing Kowloon Railway,Qin-Shen Special Railway Line for Passenger Transport,Nankun railway,Qinghai-Tibet Railway,Beijing Tianjin inter city,Wu Guang Rail way,Zheng Xi Railway and Jinghu Railway.On the basis of those projects,Which lays a solid foundation for long-term prosperity national economy.At the same time,in the international,the construction of high-speed rail is becoming a new business card for our country,and also become another weapon to show the comprehensive national strength.In the new period,along with "The Belt and Road","Asian investment bank" which leading by China,the high-speed railway construction industry ushered in a new opportunity for development.However,when large-scale high-speed rail project constructing,China’s high-speed rail project construction units have not formed a general quality management template,on the one hand,it influence the construction units the exchange and fusion of quality management experience.On the other hand,it hider the improve of the overall quality management China high-speed rail.Based on the elarge-scale ngineering practice of the China’s high-speed railway construction.Systematic research on high iron quality management and strive to enhance the quality of the construction of China’s high-speed rail and comprehensive competitiveness,and has become the key to create the new card for Chinese high-speed railway.This paper from the general idea of quality control of the high-speed railway.and based on consulting a large number of railway engineering quality management data,then the paper analysis the problems and summarizes the in-depth,exploring the possibility and scientific to establish the quality management control process and system for high-speed railway.Combined with the current field of Engineering project quality management which is well-known by people,such as ISO9000 standard,process management,dynamic alliance project management theory,the high-speed railway quality management process control system is built,based on process analysis software,Three kinds of high-speed rail project quality control process are analyzed,at last,the paper put forward corresponding suggestions for process control.On the other hand,this paper use the appraisal to examine the quality management situation which from the perspective of the project,this is all-new exploration of high-speed railway quality management mode,at the end of this paper,the paper use Beijing Shenyang passenger dedicated line as a pilot simulation to verify the possibility of the operation of the system,and the existing problems were summarized and analyzed deeply.I hope that this research will promote the quality management of the high-speed railway during 13th Five-Year,thus becoming the new card of China manufacturing,at the same time I also hope to have more people go into the study of process control of high-speed railway quality management,and constantly promote the historical process of China’s high-speed railway the management to the level of excellence.
