As a new geomembrane impermeable material, widely used in dike drainage channels,water conservancy and hydropower engineering, reservoir engineering and other aspects ofseepage reinforcement, and achieved good economic and social benefits. Geomembraneimpermeable plastic film as a substrate, and non-woven geotextile made of impermeablematerial, its performance depends on impermeable plastic film performance. However, thecurrent mechanism and impermeable geomembrane seepage effect on the system’s lack oftheoretical research on impermeable geomembrane body design and application of thetheory is still limited state. In this paper, through a combination of permeation mechanismof geomembrane, geomembrane earth dam on the finite element flow analysis to the effectof impermeable geomembrane comparative study.Luanhe River flood control projects in ecological Qian’an section, uses a lot ofcomposite geomembrane. Due to the strong levee embankment material permeable gravelmixture, levee seepage remarkable is particularly important in the levees meet the waterbody with a sloping impermeable geomembrane and played a significant protective effectof seepage. In order to quantitatively analyze the feasibility and necessity of geomembranelevee seepage body, typical cross-section of this article ecological flood control projects inQian’an Luanhe River levee left bank levees example research and analysis.This paper first described in detail geomembrane applications at home and abroad, thebasic overview of the ecological Luanhe River flood control projects; outlined the basicconcepts and main features of geomembrane and revealed its mechanism of seepage inengineering applications; summed up the form and structure impervious engineeringsegment Qian’an in Luanhe River levees; studied the construction process, constructionpoints geomembrane, formed a complete geomembrane construction technology systems;while the inadequacies of geomembrane were summarized for future construction toprovide a reference; outlined the basic concepts of flow, the basic principles of the finiteelement method and basic steps, the two-dimensional steady seepage finite elementequations for the text Luanhe River Engineering seepage stability Qian’an laid thetheoretical basis of the analysis section.Finally in this paper, the luanhe river ecological flood control works levee body andslope embankment back water seepage and stability analysis, using the empirical formulais calculated, and with the project were compared with actual measured data, empiricalformula to prove the existence of errors in theory, so in the actual calculations, the need fora corresponding error analysis. Through the establishment of test model to verify theeffectiveness of the composite geomembrane anti-seepage effect; with finite elementanalysis software Autobank6.0, by choosing a typical cross-section, calculate and draw thetwo-dimensional finite element flow simulation unit grid sections, seepage gradient color imagery and maps, permeate flow rate and velocity vector color imagery, pressure and totalpressure head colored cloud, etc. verified its feasibility and effectiveness in engineering,composite geomembrane provided a scientific basis and technical support in thedevelopment of China’s water conservancy construction. The work done in this paper abrief summary, and related research presented geomembrane outlook.
