Lalinhe River project construction task is based on the existing flood control project,through hilling dikes,wear construction and slope protection engineering measures such as dam buildings,imp rove lalinhe River flood control system in Heilongjiang Province,to improve the flood control capacity of the river,protect the people life and property safety and sustainable economic and social development.Lalinhe river dike embankment mainly for embankment,sand soil and sand mixture embankment,embankment type selection is mainly based on the different soil conditions,under the premise of ensuring stability of levee safety,saving investment.Due to the location of the project material restrictions and other practical problems,segments will be used with an anti wave wall form to meet the design requirements.Seepage calculation is very important in embankment engineering design.The selected form and section size of levee,dike overall anti sliding stability and local seepage stability analysis,and the choice of seepage drainage engineering measures must be determined through seepage calculation.The seepage in embankment seepage is different from the seepage of reservoir dam.Generally,the seepage flow varies with the flood peak and varies with time.But in most cases,the calculation of Dike Seepage is based on the assumption that the dike is a steady seepage,and simplifies the complexity of calculation.This paper will take the lalinhe river regulation project of levee seepage calculation as an example,on the embankment,levee,and different wall built dikes were unstable seepage and seepage calculation.
