With the acceleration of urbanization, a large number of high-rise and high-rise building appear,more luxurious interior decoration, in the high-rise building there are many internal pipeline shafts, which are buried in the interior of the building a lot of port fire. In order to reduce the harm caused by fire, people want to improve the reliability of the intelligent building fire safety and emergency system and real-time. Improving the building comfort, intelligent building function more and more complex,larger scale. Although part of intelligent building to perform their respective duties, most of the high-rise construction and the key units of the building are equipped with intelligent building fire safety and emergency system, but due to the equipment quantity and some units do not pay attention to fire safety. Study on how to make full use of modern network technology,fully integrated geographic information service and fire protection features, construction of intelligent building fire safety and emergency system, improve the city building safety level, improve fire forces fighting capacity, realize the goal of strengthening the police with science and technology.Fire safety and emergency response system of intelligent building is the network and geographic information services based on advanced technology, the realization of dynamic set firefighting equipment, real-time monitoring and dispatching fire-fighting and rescue forces emergency rescue equipment, real-time detection of the image and the fire plan for dealing with the key parts of real-time access to the city. The goal of this thesis is the use of the various information sensing equipment, all kinds of objects or process real-time acquisition of any monitoring, connected, interactive information needs, combined with a huge network formation and the Internet,management and the final control,in order to establish intelligent building fire safety and emergency system. Combined with the perception of the hardware, the establishment of various body position and design and perception, visual presentation and analysis of all data.Secondly, the emergency system in the rescue of the positioning is particularly important, usually under the condition of rescue workers to enter the disaster area can only rely on intercom equipment to dictate the location information, back-end intelligence personnel cannot real-time accurate access to front-end rescue personnel location information, under the special circumstances of the rescue personnel can’t accurately oral location information, leading to the rescuers themselves are in danger. Design and implementation of rescue positioning module will be combined with a variety of sensing devices, and the data in real time and effective transmission to the back end, through the cloud computing to render the rescue personnel on the screen in real time position information.This software has mainly completed the following work:First, analyzes the technology and development environment of key unit of fire safety management system.Second, the main research content and process design of key unit of fire safety management system, on the basis of the demand analysis, the overall architecture design the key unit of fire safety management system, detailed design of the data operation process of the key unit of fire safety management in the relevant business. The key unit of fire safety management function, and test and analysis, the response time performance of the system page for testing, the testing result is analyzed.Third, the application of the new sensing equipment, and the design of a feasible real-time positioning system architecture, through the end of the software to achieve a complete emergency system in the rescue positioning.
